Since 2007

Product built on data,
decisions shaped by users.

I'm Cyrille, a Senior Product Manager with 18+ years across SaaS, BI, and fraud intelligence. I combine AI tooling with analytical rigour to find the "why" behind the numbers, then turn it into better products.

Philosophy

Data gets you to the "what". Users tell you the "why".

I believe great products come from a relentless loop: instrument everything, watch real behaviour, ask the right questions at the right moment, and act. AI accelerates that loop; it doesn't replace it. I use LLMs to surface hypotheses faster and SQL to pressure-test them. The "Aha!" moment isn't luck; it's engineered.

Turning ambiguity into a roadmap is where the real craft lies. I translate scattered stakeholder input, business goals, and customer signals into a prioritised backlog, clear acceptance criteria, and user stories that developers, designers, and QA can act on without guesswork. Whether the framework is Scrum, Kanban, or a scaled, SAFe-inspired setup, I facilitate the rhythm rather than just attend it.

A product is judged as much by how it feels and how safely it behaves as by what it does. I build accessibility, inclusive interface patterns, and privacy-by-design into requirements from day one, working closely with engineering on secure coding practices rather than bolting them on afterward. Jira and Confluence are where that thinking gets documented, tracked, and kept honest.

None of it matters without the people. I spend as much energy aligning stakeholders, engineers, and business owners around a shared "why" as I do reading dashboards. Customer experience and performance monitoring, powered by tools like PostHog and Omni BI, tell me whether that alignment actually shipped value; if it didn't, I go back to the loop.

My story

My path into product management wasn't a straight line, and I think that's exactly why it works. I started in 2007 at Besedo Global Services, reviewing content before working my way up to Planning Manager, coordinating operations across international offices, an early lesson in scaling process and managing distributed teams. A brief stint at Renault Nordic sharpened my eye for pricing structures and incentive design, before I moved into product at Betao in 2016, where I've spent the years since building SaaS tools for French auto-entrepreneurs from the ground up.

Each step added a different lens: operations taught me how process breaks at scale, user surveys and product analysis taught me how numbers shape behaviour, and product development & management taught me how to tie both back to what users actually need. Add three languages into the mix, and you get someone comfortable navigating ambiguity, new markets, and cross-cultural teams, which, if I'm honest, is most of what the job actually is.
