I believe great products come from a relentless loop: instrument everything, watch real behaviour, ask the right questions at the right moment, and act. AI accelerates that loop — it doesn't replace it. I use LLMs to surface hypotheses faster and SQL to pressure-test them. The "Aha!" moment isn't luck; it's engineered.
